Our Service

We have a fully equipped service shop and have been doing repairs and custom work for a long time. Below are services we offer at our Dania Beach and North Palm Beach locations.

Service Agreement

Installation and repair work performed by Nautical Ventures is warrantied for 90 days against workmanship and defective materials. We will not perform repair or installations without customer consent. The estimated price we quote you may vary from the final payable price. Customers will be notified if additional labor is required or if price increases due to increased material costs.

Fees: Please bring your kayak or SUP in clean condition for repair. If we have to first clean the kayak or SUP before making the repairs or performing custom outfitting, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. You must pick up your kayak or SUP within 7 days after the work has been completed, unless prior arrangements have been made. After that date, a storage fee of up to $20/day will be charged.

Please note: Estimated price may vary from your final invoice. We will notify you if additional work is required or if there are any price increases due to materials.

Auto Rack Installation Policy

We offer installations of base auto and truck rack systems and accessories when purchased from Nautical Ventures. Most of the rack installations are free if 100% of the parts are purchased from our store. The same standard labor hourly rate will be applied to items purchased from other stores.

Disclaimers

• Repairs are done Monday through Friday.
• Scheduled appointments for auto-rack installations are recommended. However, they are required for custom installations and repairs.
• We have the right to refuse any installation, if we deem the install to be unsafe or inappropriate for the intended use.
