South Florida-based Nautical Ventures Group has been named one of the Top 100 dealers in North America for the second year in a row by Boating Industry magazine, a trade publication for the marine industry.
“From the thousands of dealers in North America – and hundreds of nominations – these 100 dealers are the best of the best,” said Boating Industry Editor in Chief Jonathan Sweet. “These dealers excel not only at the business of selling boats, but also delivering a great customer experience.”
Roger Moore, CEO of Nautical Ventures Group, was on hand to accept the award along with business partner Jeff Garcia, Sales Manager Rick Augusto, and Director of Marketing Frank Ferraro.
“We are proud to be a part of these top dealers who understand that delivering a great customer experience, and not just a boat, is the key to success,” Moore said. “We plan to continue our innovative dealer model to further spread the gospel of our sport, which we love and live ourselves.”
The Top 100 is the only independent ranking of boat dealers in North America. The list recognizes dealerships that are unsurpassed in business operations, professionalism, marketing tactics, customer service and more. The Boating Industry Top 100 has recognized the top dealers in North America every year since 2005.
The award ceremony takes place following the three-day Marine Dealer Conference & Expo in Orlando, where Nautical Ventures also signed a dealer agreement to carry the iconic Glaston Boat line – a 60-year-old brand synonymous with the growth of South Florida sport boating community. Glastron sales are expected to account for 5% of Nautical Ventures $35 million in annual revenue.
