Recently the NMMA, National Marine Manufacturers Association, reported that the US boating industry, is seeing the highest sales in nearly a decade. Sales of yachts (33’ and higher) saw gains of 3.5 percent, reaching a seven-year high of 1,715 units in 2016. BOAT International reported over 100 sales of yachts over 78 feet in the first quarter of 2017, up 8% from 2015.
